The parish committee and Father Walsh and later Father Ryder commissioned a series of 19 stained glass windows for the parish church to celebrate the Millennium of the year 2000. The inspiration for the design is from the Old and New Testaments of the Bible.
The Noah’s Ark window was designed to appeal to the children of the parish.
